Last Wednesday night we had the 2012 AGM at the Carlton Hotel. This was well attended by around 20 members.
There were three new members voted onto the committee - Scott MacAleese, Ian Grant & Shane Wilson ...... welcome aboard guys.
I was voted in for a third term as Chairman with Martin Allison coming in as Vice Chairman, John Wilson as Secretary and Will Millar as treasurer.
There were no motions of business put forward but updates on last years club events were given by the conveners and general discussions took place on the events for the year as well as charter boat outings.
Remember we need some reports for the website / blog and off course the forum is up and running ....... please let me know if you want anything added. The forum and blog can be accessed through the club websitewww.ayrseaanglingclub.comand using the links tab.
Next Wednesdays meeting at the Carlton Hotel will be for general discussions on the shore and boat championships -- from venues to points systems -- get the thinking caps on please.
