Six anglers attended, fishing was slow but it was neck and neck at a few points within the match with a few critical fish being dropped. As ever these would have made all the difference to score sheet....
1st Jamie 4 Pollock for 148 points.
2nd Shane 2 Pollock and SSS Scorpion fish for 111 points.
3rd John 2 Pollock and 1 doggie for 104 points.
4th Gordon 1 Coalie for 39 points
5th Malky 1 Flounder for 34 points.
Ayr Sea Angling Club are a boat and shore based sea fishing club. We meet in Ayr fortnightly and our members travel and fish extensivley in Scotland and abroad. Our membership extends from the east to the west of Scotland.

Scott amongst the SW Whitings.... where do the sized fish go to ?
You get the occasional sized fish but it's puzzling that for better part you hardly ever come across them much bigger than this. There are a few theories.....
